FJC Incentive Scholarship
If you’ve never attended an overnight Jewish summer camp before, you may be eligible for a $1000 incentive grant from the Foundation for Jewish Camp. For more information please contact us at kutzcamp@urj.org or go to www.onehappycamper.org/.
Kutz Fellowship
The merit-based Kutz Fellowship is designed for a select group of highly motivated Reform Jewish high school students interested in taking their Kutz experience to the next level. In addition to the general Kutz program, Fellows engage in special programming throughout the summer, and then work during the year to apply what they’ve learned at camp to a self-directed project in their home congregation, youth group, regional camp or NFTY Region (or combination thereof). Fellows receive a $1000 scholarship for attendance at Kutz during the summer. In order to apply for the Fellowship, you must first register for the camp program.
The application deadline to apply for the Kutz Fellowship has passed. Fellowship applications were due by April 1st, 2009.
Other Possible Scholarship Resources
Please be sure to touch base with your local congregation, federation, and region about other possible scholarship sources. Kutz has put together a document outlining the various possible scholarship sources available to you as a member of a URJ Congregation.
